Charleen McBrayer
Owner and Chief Executive Officer Charleen McBrayer and her husband, Pat, pioneered the concept of an IT Consulting company in the late 1970s with the launch of a one-customer business in Atlanta called Comprehensive Computer Consulting, Inc. That first customer is still with CCCi today! After Pat’s untimely death in 1995, Charleen made the decision to continue the business and carry forward their vision of a different kind of consulting company. One that helps IT professionals find rewarding, career-focused employment and assist customers in their IT initiatives, but unique in that we place great value on people. As a business leader, Charleen has engaged enthusiasm and ingenuity in guiding the company to a level of prestige and admired recognition, based on integrity, excellence and respect. Charleen, true to her faith, operates by the same principles outside the office that have built CCCi and led to its success. She and her husband Mike are members at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia and are involved in several mission organizations. Additionally, the McBrayers actively support an orphanage in Peru, are involved in the Georgia Family Council, have sponsored the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation Banquet and support several other civic and community organizations. Charleen is an active member, sponsor and participant in the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and Women in Technology (WIT). For multiple years Charleen served on the Board of Directors for Celebrate Life International, a development organization for at-risk and troubled youth with the goal of assisting to build healthy, responsible citizens. |

Janet Piper
Senior Vice President Janet Piper joined the growing CCCi staff in 1991 with responsibilities and oversight in finance and accounting. She served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2008 and was named Senior Vice President in 2008 with responsibility for the back office support of the company and company-wide direction and oversight. Janet has been a key figure supporting the founding principles of the business and has been instrumental in achieving an outstanding financial posture for CCCi. In 2007, Janet was the recipient of the Pat McBrayer Founders Award. The award is given to the person who most readily embodies the principles that under gird CCCi: integrity, caring, giving, growth, service, teamwork and excellence. Prior to joining CCCi, Janet’s work history included serving as the controller for an international construction company, and the controller for a nationally recognized architectural firm headquartered in Atlanta. An Atlanta native, Janet is a graduate of The University of West Georgia. She and her husband, Jim, support and are actively involved in various ministries and charitable organizations such as the First Baptist Church of Woodstock, Score International, and TEAR ministries. Janet has served on the Advisory Board of TEAR Ministries, and has taken several mission trips to orphanages in Russia. |

Brian Church
Vice President Business Development Brian Church joined CCCi in July of 2009 as Regional Director bringing his 15 years of IT staffing and consulting experience to the CCCi team. In 2011, Brian was promoted to VP Business Development for CCCi. A trustworthy and respected leader, Brian brings to this role a solid understanding of business and technology along with a strong dedication and commitment to helping people. Prior to joining CCCi Brian was most recently Vice President of Client Services for Primus Software Corporation where he led account management and business development functions and helped Primus achieve significant growth during his tenure. Brian has also held leadership positions in national roles with Interactive Business Systems, Aquent, and Interflow Systems. Brian resides in Canton, Georgia with his wife Christine and two children. |

Danny Fields
Director Client Relations J. Daniel Fields’ career at CCCi extends over 13 years during which he has held the position of Regional Director. He has responsibility for the business operations covering the Carolinas for CCCi. Under his direction, the Charlotte office has experienced growth through both expanding the customer base and broadening CCCi’s range of offerings.
Danny is a proven veteran of the Information Technology Consulting Industry, with over 25 years of experience. He has provided expertise to IT companies ranging in size from regional and mid-market companies to national firms. In addition to management, his background encompasses experience and achievement in the following significant areas: recruiting; marketing; coordination of diverse and detailed aspects of day-to-day and long-term business operations; personnel training, motivation, and evaluation; implementation of policies and operational procedures; troubleshooting actual and potential problem areas; and implementing viable solutions to ensure overall efficiency and profitability of operation. Danny received his BS degree in mathematics from Lenoir-Rhyne University, and served four years in the United States Air Force. |

Judy Demmer
Controller Judy Demmer joined CCCi in 1997 as a temporary accountant and never left. Judy was promoted to Controller of CCCi in May 2008, and is responsible for financial reporting, corporate insurance, benefits, treasury management and tax planning. Judy oversees all accounting functions and financial analysis while ensuring critical internal controls and procedures are in place to help ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Prior to joining CCCi, Judy was the Controller for a local Atlanta firm, BCI (Business Consulting and Investigations), where she was responsible for the accounting, and aided in specific forensic accounting investigations. Prior to corporate accounting assignments, Judy was a partner in an accounting/bookkeeping firm. Judy is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Atlanta. She and her husband, Don, reside in Marietta and have three grown children. |

Jack ridings
Director of Information Technologies
Jack’s relationship with CCCi began in 1983 as an IT consultant. Through the 80’s and early 90’s Jack worked with several CCCi clients. In 1993, Jack became a full time employee of CCCi as a Technical Specialist and was responsible for the internal CCCi network, in addition to continuing to provide IT services for CCCi clients occasionally. In 2004, Jack became the IT Manager for CCCi and was responsible for all internal IT components in both maintenance and implementation. Jack was promoted to Director of Information Technologies in 2012 currently providing strategy and oversight in utilizing technology to help drive business success. Jack and his wife, Carol live in the Canton, GA area and have three grown children; two daughters and a son. |

Chad Steward
Director of Recruiting
Chad Steward began his tenure at CCCi in 2004 as a Technical Recruiter. He was promoted in 2005 to Account Manager for CCCi’s longest running customer relationship. In this role, he successfully maintained the existing relationships while building new ones and seeking out opportunities for growth within the account. In 2010, Chad assumed the role of Account Director with responsibility for overseeing strategy and customer service in Atlanta and Birmingham.
Chad was promoted in 2011 to Recruiting Manager for Atlanta and Birmingham overseeing the recruiting efforts. In 2012, Chad was promoted to Director of Recruiting. His current responsibilities involve refining the recruiting strategy, tactics and execution companywide while aligning with the strategy and goals of sales leadership in support of the company’s business plan and strategy.
Chad received his B.B.A. degree in Management (emphasis in Human Resource Management) from Georgia Southern University. Chad and his wife, Christina, reside in Cumming, Georgia. |

Leslie Lemons
Director Client Relations Leslie Lemons joined CCCi in 1994 as the first Recruiter in the growing Dallas office. She enjoyed working as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter then Recruiting Manager. Last year she was promoted to Director of Client Services. Last year she was honored as the recipient of the Pat McBrayer founders award.
Leslie and her husband David have four children. They enjoy participating in their children’s activities and are big University of Arkansas Razorback football fans. Leslie currently serves as the volunteer coordinator for the Habitat for Humanity SCC and has been involved with the gala fundraising committee and site build coordination. In addition, Leslie leads CCCi’s efforts in supporting The Children's Medical Center of Dallas with toy drives for their Patient Treatment Closet.
